1. What’s the wait time for a puppy?
2-months to 1year+ depending on your pickiness, color, size and sex.
Wait time for males and exotic colors is the quickest wait time.
Teacups, and female traditional wait time is the longest.
We usually have multiple litters every 2-3 months.
Note: Timeframe can also very due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur.
2. Are your Yorkies purebred?
Yes! our yorkies are all considered purebred and our puppies grand parents have
pedigree generation bloodline certificates with family tree lineage +
DNA Certificate of Breed Yorkshire Terrier with Embark vet.
Note: Depending on the DNA company’s Biewer Terrier which basically goes back to the same Parti/Traditional bloodline may or may not show on some DNA test and can be common in some colored yorkies,
along with a trace amount of other breeds which sometime takes to get any purebred dog.
It took 4-5 different dog breeds to get a traditional yorkie.
3. Are Your Yorkies Registered?
All of our parents are registered
under AKC, APRI, or CKC.
4. Do puppies all come with pedigree?
No! Most of our puppies are sold as Pet only.
Yes! We can provide pedigree certificates,registration aka breeding rights
upon request for buyers who are approved.
If you want pedigree check breeding rights on the application,
which is usually $500 on top of the standard price.
Which ever will be stated clearly on the contract at pick time.
Signed and dated.
5. DEPOSITS ALL MONEY GIVEN IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Only If WE cancel the sale, deposit will be refunded.
If YOU cancel the sale, choosing not to get the puppy, getting a puppy elsewhere will
not grant you the deposit will NOT be refunded.
*Puppies must be paid before leaving us.
Can we get our deposit back if the Puppy is not the size we want?
NO Deposits are 💯Non Refundable.
We only can give size estimates per weight cart.
We do NOT Guarantee puppy sizes although we try to let as close as possible
per weight chart, parents size and past puppies.
6. Do you dock tails and ears?
Our puppies are organic meaning we do not clip ears,
dock tails or have our puppies cut on for cosmetics.
In most counties this type of actions
are illegal and considered cruel.
Yorkie ears standing is a 50/50 chance.

7. Are Your Yorkies Parents Health Tested?
Yes, They have been Health Tested via Embark Vet.
8. What are the prices for your puppies?
Puppy prices may vary by sizes, sex and colors.
Range $3,000-$5000
Traditional Teacups $3,800+
Rare Colors $4,000+
9. What size are your puppies?
Our yorkie puppies can range from 2 to 10+ pounds as adults and in rare cases some may be larger.
Size is never guaranteed 💯due to DNA 🧬factors out of our control.
10. Can we visit the puppies on site?
For safety reasons only those who have placed deposits on pups will receive visiting
schedules, place of location and updates, after the puppies have had their first or second set of shots.
A valid state I.D may be required for all parties,
for visitations and puppy pick ups.
11. Is this a Puppy Mill?
Absolutely NOT!
All of our Yorkies are raised as family/children inside a home.
Kennel-free environment and family raised with LOVE, and socialized with children and other animal species.
No amount of money is more important than the emotional,
wellbeing and physical health of our fur babies.
12. Do you inbreed or line breed?
That’s a negative!
13. How do I know this is not a scam?
We put lots of work into our website and puppies so if you feel
we’re a scam try your luck and go somewhere else. Spare us the insults and disrespect.

14. Why should I adopt my puppy from Gemstone Yorkies?

15. Can I get a puppy without a $500 deposit?
We rarely have puppies available outside of VIP list,
So to garenttee you a puppy you must put a $500 deposit down.
Then you will be placed inline for a puppy of your choice. Once you’re 6.up and the puppy is not what you want we will push to the next litter until you get what you want. As our girls have litters they go to families already on the VIP list.
16. Health Guarantee?
Our Puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee with the contract.
Note: Health Guarantees Excludes Micro Teacup Puppies.
